• Order Frequency: Place your orders every 2 weeks (twice a month).
• Recipe Selection: Choose from a carefully curated bank of delicious and
nutritious recipes.
• Dietary Needs: We cater to special dietary restrictions and preferences.
• True Meal Prep: We handle all the slicing, chopping, dicing, marinating,
measuring, portion control and containage.
How It Works
1. Select Your Meals: Browse our recipe bank and select the meals you’d like to
enjoy for the next two weeks.
2. Order Ingredients: Order all necessary ingredients for your chosen recipes.
3. Weekly Tracker/Planner: Fill out your weekly meal tracker/planner for the
upcoming two weeks.
4. Ingredient Delivery: Have your ingredients delivered to your trainer by way of
your local grocer’s delivery services, drop off to trainer’s gym or meet up for
drop off within a 10 mile radius.
5. Expert Preparation: Your trainer will prep all the groceries according to the
recipes, ensuring precise calorie and carb measurements.
6. Portion Control: Emphasis on portion control to help you stay on track with
your fitness goals.
7. Variety & Convenience: Enjoy a variety of meals without the boredom of
repetitive dinners.
8. Ready for Your Week: Your prepped meals are returned to you, ready for you
